Job description:
Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Tractor Sales
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in agricultural equipment or tractor sales
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers, including farmers, dealers, and distributors.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain tractor features and benefits.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business.
Coordinate with the service and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in exhibitions, local fairs, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Knowledge of local markets and farming community.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
