Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of construction equipment (excavators, loaders, cranes, Grader, Backhoe Loader, Excavator etc.) in the assigned territory.

• Identify and develop new customers, projects, and channels in the region.

• Manage existing dealer/distributor relationships and onboard new channel partners.

• Prepare and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with service, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.

• Ensure timely collections and maintain account health.
