Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the sales team within the assigned region to achieve business targets.

• Drive Home Loan and Mortgage Loan sales through effective planning and execution.

• Develop regional growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of the team.

• Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives, team leaders, and channel partners.

• Maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and financial advisors.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and documentation standards.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely insights to management.

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing.

• Achieve productivity goals and ensure quality sourcing across the region.
