Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager – Sales. The candidate will be responsible for personally attending site visits for all potential clients visiting the project site, handling qualified leads provided by our Social Media Team, and driving end-to-end sales closures.
Key Responsibilities
Personally attend site visits for all clients invited by the Social Media Team Lead.
Present project details (layouts, amenities, pricing, payment plans, legal documentation, etc.) to prospective clients.
Handle negotiations and independently close final deals.
Achieve and strive to exceed assigned sales targets.
Track market trends and competitor activities to design effective sales strategies.
Provide management with regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure high client satisfaction.
