ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a fast-growing manufacturer of mid to premium segment bags, backed by a state-of-the-art

manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad. The unit is equipped with 70+ machines, along with automated and

production setups, enabling the delivery of high-quality bags at scale. As the company expands its footprint, it

is looking for driven sales professionals to strengthen its distribution network across the region.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager/Executive to drive sales growth and build a strong, wide-reaching

distribution network for bags in the Ahmedabad region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying

new business opportunities, onboarding distributors/dealers/retailers, and achieving sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and expand the distribution network (distributors, dealers, retailers) across Ahmedabad and

surrounding areas

• Identify and onboard new business partners to increase market penetration

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and retailers

• Conduct regular market visits to track sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends

• Coordinate with the production and dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment

• Collect market feedback on product range, pricing, and quality to share with management

• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and forecasts

• Plan and execute promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate in any discipline (preference for candidates with a background in Sales/Marketing)

• Proven experience in field sales and distribution network development, preferably in bags, luggage,

textiles, FMCG, or similar B2B/B2C categories

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

• Willingness to travel extensively within Ahmedabad and nearby area

Two-wheeler/vehicle and valid driving license preferred

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/reporting tools
