About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in team handling, channel sales, B2C sales, and field sales with a strong focus on achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business goals.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration.

• Manage and expand channel partner and dealer networks.

• Generate new business opportunities through field sales and customer meetings.

• Drive B2C sales and build strong customer relationships.

• Identify potential industrial and commercial clients for business expansion.

• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
