Job Title: Sales Manager & Sr Sales Executive – Construction Industry

Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our construction company. The role involves driving sales growth, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities in the construction industry.

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers.

• Present and promote construction products and services to clients.

• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.

• Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor analysis.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction sector.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.

• Knowledge of construction products and market trends is an advantage.
