AEROFLUX FILTERS PRIVATE LIMITED, a leading manufacturer of industrial and HVAC air filters, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and HVAC sectors.
Visit clients and potential customers periodically to generate new leads and maintain strong relationships.
Conduct site visits, product presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients for repeat business.
Coordinate with the production and accounts teams for order processing and payment follow-ups.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in industrial products / HVAC / B2B sales (preferred).
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
