We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate consulting team. The primary responsibility will be to make daily outbound calls to potential clients, generate interest in our real estate projects, and collect a list of interested leads for further follow-up by our sales team.
Make daily outbound calls to assigned leads as per provided contact lists.
Introduce our real estate projects and services to prospective clients.
Identify and qualify interested clients based on their requirements.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and interest levels.
Update and manage the list of interested clients for each project.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth handover of leads.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Stay updated on project details, market trends, and competitor activities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn.
Comfortable with using CRM or lead management tools.
Prior experience in tele sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
