Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate real estate agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.
Market Analysis: Monitor real estate market trends, analyze sales performance, and identify new business opportunities.
Client & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Target Management: Set performance goals and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare sales reports, analyze forecasts, and present performance data to management.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the sales department budget.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in real estate.
Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Deep knowledge of the real estate market, local legislation, and sales processes.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
