Key Responsibilities:

✅ Client Handling:

Interact with potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide property solutions accordingly.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business opportunities.

✅ Project Briefing:

Present detailed project information, features, pricing, and benefits to clients.

Coordinate with the marketing team to stay updated with project developments and offerings.

✅ Meetings & Site Visits:

Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits.

Provide professional consultation to clients during their decision-making process.

✅ Follow-Up:

Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospects.

Use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and update client interactions.

✅ Billing & Closing:

Assist in documentation, agreement signing, and payment processes.

Ensure smooth billing and closing of sales deals with proper coordination between clients and the accounts team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in real estate sales or related field

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Goal-oriented with a customer-first approach

Must have a personal laptop, mobile phone, and preferably a four-wheeler
