The Impact You’ll Make in this Role The person hired for this position will join the India PSD Fall Protection Vertical. The ideal candidate will Identify new application, provide technical leadership to drive end customer applications and suggestion of the Products and commercialization. The person will also help drive fall protection business in North region for technical as well as business development. As an Senior Sales Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most creative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Co-ordination with ASMs, Channel Partners and Installers for effective Site survey and appropriate product suggestions in fall Protection vertical. Driving OP – Operating Plan for north region with end customers, channels and with ASMs. Should have knowledge of Site Survey, Presentation and Technical evaluation of the Fall Protection Solutions. Should have good knowledge of Fall Protections Solutions and should independtly drive the business for assigned Region. Should have the ability to conduct End customer Programme, Key Account Programme and to prepare the Presentation and site-specific solutions. Should have the capability to interact with APAC team for technical discussions. Will be single point of contact for technical evaluation and clarification across India. Responsible for overall fall Protection business in North region. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering from an accredited institution. Minimum of Seven (8-10) years of combined Fall Protection and industrial Sales experience. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience with technical domain Experience leading or being a senior team member on a new product commercialization team Experience working with regional and global teams Strong communicator with the ability to contribute and work with a cross-functional team Travel: May include up to 70% travel across India.
