Sales Manager – Home Loans & Financial Products

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join as Sales - Financial Products. If you have a deep understanding of financial products, enjoy sales as a profession, excel in customer management, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers significant ownership and leadership exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle from - lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closures.

• Maintain strong external relationships and servicing with all stakeholders including customers.

• Deep understanding of financial products across various banks / financial institutions.

• Track leads, manage pipelines, and maintain sales reports.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns, product messaging, and sales needs.

What we are looking for

• Capability to take end to end ownership.

• Strong in client acquisition, key account management & channel partnerships.

• Excellent communication and negotiation.

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM & MS Office.

• Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.

• Experience in loan sales is mandatory.

• Candidates with prior experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, or other financial products will be preferred.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration

• MBA from a reputed institution preferred
