Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead and grow our corporate client portfolio. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic B2B sales initiatives in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets from corporate accounts.
Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations with corporate clients and travel managers.
Collaborate with revenue and marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and reports in line with company guidelines.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel brand.
Ensure timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and proper use of CRM tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in corporate or hotel sales (hospitality experience preferred).
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and hotel sales systems (e.g., IDS).
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
