Days of Working: Monday to Saturday (3rd & 4th Saturday Off)
Work Timings: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
Job Description:
This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early professionals who are keen to build a career in business development, sales, and HR consulting. You will receive hands-on exposure to live projects, client interaction, and real-time business development activities under the guidance of senior team members.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying potential business opportunities for HR consulting and staffing services
Support the sales team in lead generation through calls, emails, and online research
Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and follow-up details.
Assist in preparing basic proposals, presentations, and sales reports
Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams
Conduct market research on industries, clients, and competitors
Learn client requirement understanding and solution mapping
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding or interest in sales, business development, or HR
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is preferred
Positive attitude and professional approach.
Willingness to travel for client meetings across Mumbai, Navi- Mumbai, Thane & Mumbai Suburbs.
