About the Role
We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Interns who can effectively convert provided leads into customers. The role primarily involves remote communication with clients, understanding their business requirements, and recommending suitable website-related solutions and packages accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with leads and client contacts provided by the company
Communicate with potential clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, or virtual meetings
Understand client requirements, business goals, and project expectations
Explain website-related services, packages, and offerings clearly and confidently
Suggest customized solutions based on client needs (not blindly pitching packages)
Convert qualified leads into confirmed customers
Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales progress
Coordinate with the internal technical/team members for project understanding when required
Attend in-person client meetings if necessary (limited cases only)
Requirements & Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good convincing and negotiation abilities
Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
Basic understanding or interest in sales, digital services, or websites
Comfortable working remotely and managing follow-ups independently
Willingness to meet clients in person if business requires
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn sales processes
