Experience : 6 Years in Real estate, Hospitality or in B2C Broking Firm
Education : Must be a graduate, MBA preferred

Working : 6 days a week from office
Role Objective
To lead the complete sales function of the real estate company by achieving booking and revenue targets, building a high-performing sales team, improving conversion ratios, managing customer relationships, and creating sustainable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Business Planning
• Develop annual and project-wise sales strategies aligned with company revenue goals.
• Prepare sales targets, forecasting, and action plans.
• Design sales process from lead generation to booking closure.
• Analyze market demand, competitor activities, pricing, and customer behavior.
• Provide sales inputs for new project launches.
2. Revenue & Sales Target Achievement
• Own overall sales revenue and booking targets.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance.
• Monitor sales pipeline and ensure adequate inventory movement.
• Develop strategies to improve:
o Site visits
o Negotiations
o Booking conversion
o Revenue realization
3. Sales Team Leadership & Management
• Build and manage sales organization structure.
• Recruit, train, and develop:
o Senior SalesExecutives
o Sales Executives
• Set individual KRAs and KPIs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews.
• Create a target-driven and accountable sales culture.
4. Lead Management & Conversion Improvement
• Work closely with Marketing and CRM teams for lead quality improvement.
• Ensure proper lead allocation and follow-up process.
• Track sales funnel:
o Leads received
o Calls made
o Site visits
o Negotiations
o Bookings
o Collections
• Improve lead-to-booking conversion ratio.
5. Project Sales Management
• Create sales plans for:
o New launches
o Existing projects
o Inventory clearance
• Conduct regular site performance reviews.
• Ensure sales team has complete product knowledge.
• Monitor competitor pricing and positioning.
6. Sales Reporting & MIS
Prepare and present reports to management:
• Daily sales update
• Monthly booking report
• Lead conversion report
• Sales forecast
• Channel partner performance
• Collection status
• Team productivity report
7. Budget & Cost Management
• Plan sales-related expenses.
• Control sales incentives an
d channel payouts.
• Improve sales efficiency and profitability.
