The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding distributor and dealer networks, driving business growth, and achieving revenue targets across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and Institutional Sales. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry, and a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams
