Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead the sales operations for Ferrari at our BKC showroom. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing high-net-worth client relationships, and ensuring an exceptional luxury brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the luxury car sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Ferrari’s market presence in the region.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including negotiations, documentation, and delivery experience.

  • Ensure brand standards and Ferrari guidelines are strictly followed at the showroom.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver world-class customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in luxury automotive sales or high-end retail sales.

  • Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Professional appearance and customer-centric approach.

  • Experience in handling premium or luxury brands will be highly preferred.
