Job Title: Sales Head Specialist
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: AGRA, KAMLA NAGAR
Experience Required: 8–12 years in B2B sales, with minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role
Qualification: Graduate (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred)
Job Objective:
To drive overall sales strategy, build high-performing sales teams, penetrate new markets, and achieve revenue growth targets in line with the company’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute the overall sales plan and targets
Forecast revenue and track performance against KPIs
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage regional or national sales teams
Motivate and mentor team members to meet performance goals
Client Acquisition & Retention
Identify and convert high-potential leads
Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
Market Analysis & Expansion
Conduct competitive analysis, study customer trends, and recommend market entry strategies
Identify new revenue streams and sales channels
Reporting & Analytics
Monitor sales performance using CRM and BI tools
Submit weekly/monthly reports to senior management with actionable insights
Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align campaigns and customer experience
Contribute to pricing strategies and promotional activities
Required Skills:
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Deep understanding of the sales funnel and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive market
