Job Description

Job Title: Sales Head Specialist

Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: AGRA, KAMLA NAGAR
Experience Required: 8–12 years in B2B sales, with minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role
Qualification: Graduate (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred)


Job Objective:

To drive overall sales strategy, build high-performing sales teams, penetrate new markets, and achieve revenue growth targets in line with the company’s business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and execute the overall sales plan and targets

    • Forecast revenue and track performance against KPIs

  2. Team Leadership

    • Recruit, train, and manage regional or national sales teams

    • Motivate and mentor team members to meet performance goals

  3. Client Acquisition & Retention

    • Identify and convert high-potential leads

    • Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders

  4. Market Analysis & Expansion

    • Conduct competitive analysis, study customer trends, and recommend market entry strategies

    • Identify new revenue streams and sales channels

  5. Reporting & Analytics

    • Monitor sales performance using CRM and BI tools

    • Submit weekly/monthly reports to senior management with actionable insights

  6. Collaboration

    • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align campaigns and customer experience

    • Contribute to pricing strategies and promotional activities


Required Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Deep understanding of the sales funnel and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive market
