● Generate leads through field visits, referrals, DSAs, builders, dealers, and open market activities.
● Promote retail loan products to customers and explain eligibility, interest rates, tenure, and documentation requirements.
● Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
● Collect and verify KYC, income, and banking documents before submission.
● Coordinate with credit, operations, and processing teams for smooth loan disbursement.
● Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
● Maintain daily MIS reports, lead tracker, and customer follow-ups.
● Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
● Support collection follow-ups wherever required.
Eligibility Criteria
● Graduation preferred (12th pass can be considered for junior roles).
● 1–4 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Financial Services sales.
● Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
● Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
● Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred for field sales roles.
