Take complete project handover from the Sales team after order closure

Act as a single point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams Coord inate with Design, Production, and Project Execution teams Ensure timely planning, scheduling, and execution of projects Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally Ensure smooth installation and final handover of completed work

Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and encourage repeat business
