• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales (Real Estate or similar industry preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a go-getter attitude

• Basic knowledge of CRM software and digital communication tools is a plus

• Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings
