Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Yaritu by GJ-5 Fashion. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers In Hand Salary and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcoming walk-in customers and understanding their needs
• Showing wedding lehengas, sherwanis, sarees, suits, and Indo-western dresses
• Explaining product features (such as fabric, fitting, design, and price)
• Assisting customers with size, fitting, and in the trial room
• Maintaining cleanliness of the showroom and proper arrangement of clothes
• Coordinating with the billing team when necessary
• Handling queries related to exchange/returns professionally
• Having basic knowledge of stock and inventory
• Taking customer feedback and building good relationships with returning customers
