We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead and drive field sales initiatives in the Mumbai .The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of part-time advisors/agents while actively driving local lead generation and client acquisition.
Recruit, onboard, and train part-time sales advisors/agents
Manage and support the performance of your field sales team
Generate and convert leads through local outreach and networking
Conduct regular field visits and client meetings across Delhi
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Report on performance metrics and provide data-driven insights
Graduation in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree minimum)
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, direct sales, or BFSI sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work
Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage a distributed team
Familiarity with local geography of Mumbai for effective client outreach
