Position Overview:
We are seeking energetic and motivated Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate sales, skilled in building client relationships, and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Actively promote and sell residential plots and villas to prospective clients.
Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as site visits, referrals, walk-ins, and networking.
Conduct follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
2. Client Interaction & Site Visits
Engage with potential buyers to understand their requirements and offer suitable project options.
Organize and conduct professional site visits with clients.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
3. Negotiation & Deal Closure
Handle price negotiations and finalize deals with clients.
Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and booking formalities.
4. Market Insights & Reporting
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive negotiation abilities and result-oriented mindset.
Good presentation and networking skills.
Knowledge of the local real estate market (preferred).
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus).
2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or related field.
Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati/Marathi is preferred.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Very Important: Our HO is at Vile Parle in Mumbai and site is at Valsad. Candidate should be willing to travel between HO and site on weekly basis.
