Job Description – Career Advisor / Sales Executive
Company: Wolf Technologies
Location: Ahmedabad
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Night Shift)

Role & Responsibilities:

Connect with job seekers across the USA for IT and Non-IT job opportunities.
Explain Wolf Technologies’ career marketing and placement services professionally.
Guide candidates through the enrollment and onboarding process.
Build strong relationships and support candidates in achieving career goals.
Coordinate with internal marketing and recruitment teams.
Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/tracking tools.
Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales, recruitment, or career counseling is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle multiple candidate interactions daily.
Basic understanding of the U.S. job market and IT/Non-IT roles preferred.
