• Manage check-ins, member records, and payment transactions at the front desk.

• Handle phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries professionally and promptly.

• Coordinate appointments and support backend operations with the gym team.

• Keep the front desk and reception area clean and organized.

• Ensure every member has a positive customer experience.
