About the Company 1–3 Years WTF Gyms Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing fitness platform that partners with independent gyms and fitness centers across India to help them grow memberships and revenue through technology, marketing, and operational support. Job Overview We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join the Power Gym Vertical team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new gym partners for the WTF PowerGYMs program by identifying potential gyms, pitching the value proposition, and closing partnership agreements. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities • Identify and reach out to potential partner gyms in the assigned territory. • Pitch the WTF PowerGYMs value proposition to gym owners and decision-makers. • Convert leads into partnerships by closing gym onboarding agreements. • Achieve a target of 10 new gym partnerships per month. • Maintain and update the sales pipeline in CRM with accurate lead information. • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new gym partners. • Build and maintain strong relationships with gym owners and stakeholders. Required Skills• Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong sales and persuasion ability • Ability to work in a target-driven environment • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking • Good presentation and relationship-building skills Eligibility Criteria • Experience: 1–3 years in Inside Sales / Business Development / B2B Sales • Education: Graduate in any discipline preferred • Communication: Good spoken Hindi and English Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • 10 gym partnerships per month • Lead-to-partner conversion rate • Pipeline management accuracy in CRM • Onboarding success rate of partner gyms
