Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end sales: lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and closures.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and send detailed trek proposals.

  • Track sales metrics, manage CRM, and prepare performance reports.

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and agents.

  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and customer satisfaction.
