Handle end-to-end sales: lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and closures.
Respond to customer inquiries and send detailed trek proposals.
Track sales metrics, manage CRM, and prepare performance reports.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and agents.
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and customer satisfaction.
1–2 years of sales experience (travel/adventure preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and manage CRM tools.
Passion for trekking and adventure travel.
Full-time, work-from-office (Bangalore).
