Job Overview:

Orange Family Wedding Store is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in Pathanamthitta. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling our wide range of textile products, particularly focused on wedding attire and related accessories. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their textile and wedding-related inquiries, offering personalized recommendations based on their needs.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the store.

• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with the latest trends in the wedding and textile industry.

• Ensure store displays are well-organized and visually appealing to attract customers.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, providing solutions as needed.

• Work closely with the team to ensure inventory is well-stocked and organized.

• Contribute to the development and execution of sales promotions and marketing activities.

• Maintain a clean and friendly store environment.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience in the textile or retail industry is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

• Positive attitude and self-motivated to achieve sales goals.

• Basic knowledge of computer operations (POS system, billing software, etc.).

• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
