We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a young professional who enjoys interacting with clients, understands luxury, and is eager to learn and grow in a boutique real estate environment. As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients — handling inquiries, sharing project details, coordinating site visits, and supporting them through their buying journey. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager and marketing team to ensure every lead is nurtured and every client feels valued.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming leads from marketing campaigns and respond promptly to client inquiries.
Share detailed and accurate information about projects and company offerings. Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
Maintain and update the CRM system with client details, follow-ups, and progress notes.
Support the sales closure process, ensuring clients receive timely communication and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and third-party agencies (marketing, creative, or legal).
Prepare weekly sales reports and assist the management team with performance insights.
Contribute ideas to improve client experience, marketing communication, and conversion processes.
