We work with creators, startups, agencies, and businesses to deliver a seamless production experience through personalized studio setups and professional infrastructure. Role Description We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Executive who can identify potential clients, build relationships, and convert leads into long-term business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to understand client requirements while recommending the right studio solutions. Key Responsibilities • • • • • • • • • • Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails. Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed studio bookings. Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, founders, agencies, and brands. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable studio setups and services. Conduct sales meetings and follow up consistently with prospects. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless client experience. Achieve monthly revenue and business development targets. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates. Understand client business goals and recommend suitable marketing and creative solutions. Earn performance-based incentives by consistently achieving or exceeding monthly booking and revenue targets. Qualifications • • • • • • 6 months of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition. Basic communication and negotiation skills. Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable making outbound calls and handling client meetings. Experience in media, content production, agencies, or studio sales will be an advantage
