Key responsibilities:
1. Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce digital marketing solutions
2. Qualify leads, understand business needs, and suggest appropriate digital marketing services such as SEO, SMM, PPC, and website design
3. Schedule and conduct virtual meetings or demos with prospects
4. Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM and follow up consistently
5. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, technical, and content to develop customized proposals
6. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
7. Keep updated with digital marketing trends to communicate value effectively
Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of experience in inside sales preferably in digital marketing, IT services, or SaaS
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi
3. Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers
4. Experience working with CRM tools and lead generation platforms
5. A results-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets
6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
7. Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is a strong advantage
8. Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and website development services
