We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful deals. This role requires relationship building, market knowledge, and a customer-first approach.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and site visits.
Present, promote, and sell real estate properties to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sales support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and property values.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales (real estate sales experience is a plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
