Job Title: Backend Sales Executive
Location: Netaji Subhash Place
About the Role
We are looking for a driven Backend Sales Executive to manage and support the sales process for international clients. This role focuses on lead , client coordination, CRM management, and Pre -sales support — working closely with the Backend sales team to ensure smooth deal closures and client satisfaction across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and outbound leads for international clients via email and CRM tools
• Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team to move prospects through the sales funnel
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications
• Maintain and update CRM (Odoo) with accurate client and deal data
• Coordinate with clients across different time zones for scheduling Meetings.
• Track sales pipeline.
• Research target markets/companies to build and enrich prospect databases.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in backend sales, sales support, or inside sales (international exposure preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Odoo) and MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Comfortable working with international clients
• Strong organizational skills.
