Job Description

Sales Officer – Field Sales

Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

CTC: ₹2.60 LPA – ₹3.50 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities

Acquire new customers for Home Loans and other banking products.

Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.

Ensure proper documentation and customer support throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

Prior experience in Sales or BFSI is preferred.

Home Loan or Banking sales experience will be an added advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with field sales.

Local candidates will be preferred.
