We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive – Real Estate responsible for sourcing and onboarding real estate consultants/channel partners as well as generating and closing client leads. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our sales network, driving property sales, and building long-term relationships with consultants and clients.
Consultant / Channel Partner Sourcing
Identify, recruit, and onboard real estate consultants, brokers, and channel partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants to drive consistent sales
Provide project details, sales support, and regular follow-ups to consultants
Monitor consultant performance and assist in deal closures
Client Sourcing & Sales
Generate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and networking
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals successfully
Ensure smooth coordination between clients, consultants, and internal teams
Market & Reporting
Keep track of market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
Maintain accurate records of leads, consultants, and sales closures
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
0–3 years of experience in real estate sales or channel partner management
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Good knowledge of local real estate market
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, Internet Browsing & basic reporting
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
Strong network of real estate consultants or brokers (preferred)
Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings
