Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident sales closer to handle inquiries, especially from international clients and Fiverr leads. Your main focus will be to convert warm leads into orders, conduct meetings when required, and create clear handover reports for the day team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion & Closing

    • Respond to new inquiries and messages (primarily on Fiverr).

    • Understand client requirements and confidently pitch our services.

    • Negotiate pricing and terms within given guidelines.

    • Act as a closer – move conversations towards a clear yes/no and avoid unnecessary delays.

  • Client Meetings

    • Schedule and join client meetings (Zoom/Google Meet/Fiverr calls) if needed.

    • Present our services clearly and professionally.

    • Take quick notes during/after meetings and update the internal records.

  • Reporting & Handover

    • Maintain proper chat logs, notes, and status of each lead.

    • Prepare a simple end-of-shift report so the day team can easily:

      • See which chats are pending

      • Understand what was discussed

      • Know what the next actions are

    • Update trackers/Google Sheets/CRM (if used) with new leads and follow-up dates.

  • General

    • Maintain professional, polite communication at all times.

    • Follow existing templates and guidelines for replies, offers, and follow-ups.

    • Share feedback from clients that can help improve our services and sales process.

 

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales / customer communication / closing, preferably with international clients.

  • Strong written and spoken English.
