Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth for the company’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, etc.) for smooth order processing
Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
0–5 years of experience in sales (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
