Responsible for
● Achieving Dealer/ Distributor counter share.
● Increasing the counter share percentage, using supporting elements such as (Technical Serice, Schemes, Dealer Staff Training, and Dealer Staff Incentive.)
● Visiting the assigned Dealer/ Distributor about four times a month and upon their requirements.

Collection
Responsible for recovering the pending payments from the stakeholders of ARS; this involves
● Obtaining the pending payment details from the CRM application.
● Following up with the stakeholders for the pending payments.
● Payment collection.
● Confirmation for the balance payment.

Dealer-wise growth
Responsible for promoting the organisation's business growth by means of Dealer-wise growth; this includes
● Analyse the requirement of the Dealer in terms of business growth.
● Analyse the benefits driven by the competitor for the Dealer.
● Prepare a detailed report of the analysis and submit it to the Manager/ HOD.
● Prepare a business strategy based on the reports to increase the counter share of the dealer.
● Regularly use supporting elements such as (Technical Serice, Schemes, Dealer Staff Training, and Dealer Staff Incentive.)

New Dealer Appointment
Responsible for driving the sales of ARS by
● Identifying potential market.
● Creating a market mapping strategy.
● Identifying the potential dealers in the shortlisted geography.
● Explaining the advantages of enrolling with ARS to the stakeholders.
● Enrolling new dealers.

CRM/ CDR
Responsible for managing the Customer Relationship Management activities; this includes
● Marking the attendance in CRM.
● Updating Dealer Visits in CRM.
● Updating the Dealer Interaction details.
● Following up with the Dealers and Distributors based on the data available in the CRM.

Gold Acknowledgement
Responsible for administering the Gold Acknowledgement scheme of ARS; this includes
● Listing down the identified Dealers following the Management’s approval.
● Distribute the Gold Coins upon the Management’s approval.
● Collecting the acknowledgement from the Dealers and Distributors upon receiving the Gold Coins.
