About the Role

We are looking for energetic freelancers who can help us hire Business Partners/Agents for our real estate projects. Your role is to source candidates, explain the business model, and onboard them.

Key Responsibilities

Source potential Business Partners/Agents through job portals, social media, and referrals

Contact and explain the real estate business plan clearly

Share project details and benefits with interested candidates

Schedule and coordinate meetings with the company

Maintain proper records of leads and conversions

Support Business Partners during onboarding

Work closely with the HR/Recruitment team

Skills Required

Good communication skills

Basic recruitment or calling experience (preferred)

Ability to convince and explain business models

Self-motivated and target-focused

Mobile phone & internet required
