Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support
Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
Visit retail shops, dealers, and construction sites in assigned territory
Help in order collection and coordinate with warehouse for dispatch
Support senior sales team in expanding dealer network
2. Dealer & Customer Handling
Maintain good relationships with existing dealers and retailers
Take regular feedback from customers regarding pricing and supply
Ensure timely follow-up for payments and outstanding dues
3. Field Work
Conduct daily market visits in assigned area
Track competitor pricing and schemes
Identify small builders, contractors, and new shop openings
4. Basic Marketing Activities
Support in local promotions (banners, posters, shop branding)
Help organize small dealer or mason meetings
Distribute brochures and product information
5. Reporting
Maintain simple daily visit reports (DVR)
Share updates on sales, market trends, and issues with seniors
Keep record of orders, payments, and dealer details
