Sales Executive

Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to generate leads, nurture prospects, and close sales for our portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, a results‑driven mindset, and a passion for real‑estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and qualify potential buyers and investors through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.

- Conduct property showings, presentations, and site visits for prospective clients.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, contracts, and documentation.

- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and events that drive lead generation.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
