Hiring Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our team in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. Freshers are welcome to apply. If you have good communication skills and want to build a career in sales, this is a great opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to promote personal loan products.
Explain loan features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer documentation and loan processing.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: 12th Pass (HSC) or above.
Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers can apply).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Willing to work in a target-based sales environment.

Salary & Benefits:

In-hand Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience).
Day Shift: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
