We are hiring experienced professionals for Collections and Funnel Sales roles. If you have relevant experience in Personal Loans, Credit Cards, or collections, this is an opportunity to join our growing team.

1. Collections Executive – Personal Loans

Openings: 60
Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage collections for assigned Personal Loan accounts.

• Follow up with customers for overdue payments.

• Achieve individual and team collection targets.

• Maintain accurate customer and collection records.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• Education: HSC / Graduation

• Experience: Personal Loan FF & Bucket 1 Collections mandatory.

• DRA Certification: Mandatory

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Comfortable working with collection targets.

Compensation

₹30,000–₹32,000 per month in hand, based on experience and suitability.

2. Funnel Sales Executive

Openings: 20
Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Personal Loans / Credit Cards.

• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Ensure timely customer follow-ups.

Requirements

• Retail industry experience is mandatory.

• Personal Loan / Credit Card sales experience is mandatory.

• Strong sales and communication skills.

• Education: 12th / Graduation

• Age: 18–30 years

• Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi

• Comfortable with rotational shifts and weekly offs.

Working Hours

Shift Window: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Working Hours: 9 hours/day
Weekly Off: Rotational

Compensation

₹30,000–₹32,000 per month in hand, based on experience and suitability.
