Job Role & Responsibilities
Key Role
To drive B2B and B2C gift sales, manage corporate client relationships, and ensure lead conversion through in-store, online, and field sales.
Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
• Identify and approach potential corporate and retail clients.
• Attend exhibitions, stalls, and networking events to gather leads.
• Cold-calling, email outreach, and WhatsApp follow-ups.
2. Client Management & Retention
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable gifting solutions.
• Coordinate customisation and timely order fulfillment.
• Follow-up post-delivery for client feedback and repeat orders.
3. Sales Operations
• Maintain CRM/Excel for client database and daily sales updates.
• Work with the design and packaging team to meet client expectations.
• Ensure quotations, invoices, and payments are tracked and updated.
4. Target Achievement
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Propose and execute promotional activities or gifting campaigns.
5. Coordination
• Liaise with marketing team for leads from ads and social media.
• Work with logistics for deliveries and status updates.
6. Reporting
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
• Suggest new gifting trends and competitor strategies
