Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a natural flair for marketing are also welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, build strong business relationships, and contribute to the expansion of the RANAK brand across wholesale, retail, and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
•	Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities with wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
•	Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
•	Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
•	Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
•	Create and deliver effective sales presentations and product pitches.
•	Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
•	Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and leads in CRM/software.
•	Represent RANAK at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events (as required).
Requirements
•	Experience: Minimum 1 year in B2B sales (fashion/apparel industry preferred).
•	Freshers: With strong communication skills and a passion for sales & marketing will also be considered.
•	Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills.
•	Strong presentation and communication abilities (Hindi & English required, regional languages a plus).
•	Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel if required.
•	Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
