Job Description

Vanshdeep Group is looking for a Sales Executive who is energetic, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and customer handling. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, coordinating property site visits, and converting prospective customers into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate leads through calling, references, online platforms, and other sources.

· Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

· Arrange and coordinate site visits for prospective customers.

· Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and other relevant details.

· Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.

· Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely communication.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

· Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by management.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

· Stay updated about company projects, inventory, pricing, offers, and market developments.

Requirements

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

· Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.

· Basic knowledge of real estate/property sales will be an advantage.

· Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

· Candidates should be comfortable with customer follow-ups and site visits.
