Job Description: Sales Executive

Location: FirstCry Store, Bareilly – Pilibhit Bypass Road
Industry: Retail – Baby Products & Kids Fashion
Role Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers entering the store with a friendly and positive attitude.

• Understand customer needs and help them choose products across categories like apparel, toys, accessories, and baby care items.

• Maintain product knowledge of all FirstCry brands and latest offers.

• Ensure the store display, shelves, and merchandise are always neat, clean, and well-stocked.

• Manage billing at the counter and handle cash/card/UPI transactions accurately.

• Support store operations including stock checks, inventory management, and product tagging.

• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and enhance customer experience.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.

• Coordinate with the store manager for daily targets and sales plans.

• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and maintain excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

• 0–3 years of experience in retail sales (baby store experience is an advantage).

• Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude.

• Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure during rush hours.

• Basic computer knowledge for billing and POS operations.

• Presentable and well-groomed appearance.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
